Groundskeeper

Horizon Property Management is seeking a hard-working, punctual, and team-oriented individual to join our team as a Landscape Groundskeeper for 2023 and beyond. Our company is based out of Collingwood, ON and The Blue Mountains, ON, and we specialize in lawn maintenance, garden installation & maintenance, shrub & tree trimming, spring and fall property cleanups,sod and mulch installation, and hedge trimming.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform lawn maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, and leaf blowing
- Assist with garden installation & maintenance, including planting, weeding, and pruning
- Perform shrub, tree and hedge trimming
- Participate in property cleanups, including leaf removal and debris cleanup
- Operate landscaping equipment and tools, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

**Requirements**:

- **No experience required**, but ambition, and an attitude to learn and grow is a must
- A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation is preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Aptitude to operate landscaping equipment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Demonstrated punctuality and strong work ethic
- High level of integrity and attention to detail

Part-time hours: 30-40 per week

**Salary**: $21.00-$28.00 per hour
