Our innovative and growing company is hiring a Welding Supervisor.

**Responsibilities for Welding Supervisor**:

- Assess and set-up of training programs.
- Read, interpret and work from controlled documentation and processes Continuously improve processes and manpower efficiency, utilization and productivity.
- Experience in Blue Print Reading, Lean Manufacturing and Team Building is a must.
- Must be computer literate and possess excellent written and verbal skills.
- Provides day to day supervision of employee job execution.
- Executes daily tasks in order to support production requirements.
- Manages all hourly employees in the assigned departments.

**Qualifications for Welding Supervisor**:

- Must have Associate degree or a minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership role.
- Must have experience in an assembly environment.
- Positive attitude and good leadership abilities.
- Associate degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Minimum of 2 years of high volume manufacturing experience.
- At least 3 years in a high volume manufacturing sector.
