Clinical Support Clerk or Unit Clerk

This position is for our Tuxedo Villa Home, located in Winnipeg, Manitoba

What you’ll be doing:

- Prepare and post nursing staff schedules. Replace staff due to absences, etc.
- Maintain files/records such as current and/or discharged resident files, Inservice attendance records, etc. Processed orders or requisitions, book resident appointments, etc.
- Maintain the inventory levels of nursing supplies, forms and equipment.
- Communicates pertinent information to staff, residents, visitors, etc.
- Participate in facility meetings as assigned. Attends Inservice education programs.
- Adhere to policies and procedures for department regarding fire, infection control, safety and quality assurance.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

- Administrative skills, typing and filing. Computer skills required.
- Ability to work safely, following established safety practices and procedures.
- Excellent organization skills, multi-tasking ability, and self-motivation
- Provide a clear Adult Abuse and Criminal record Check
