Overview:
**Duties**:

- Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to assess compliance with building codes and safety standards
- Utilize blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents to guide inspections
- Identify and document any structural issues, damages, or potential hazards
- Collect and analyze data to prepare detailed inspection reports
- Ensure quality control by following established guidelines and procedures

**Experience**:

- Experience in construction inspection or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical documents
- Strong analytical skills to assess property conditions accurately
- Ability to build rapport with clients and effectively communicate inspection findings
- Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
