As a leading provider of strategy and technology for 50/50 raffles, sweepstakes, and Catch the Ace raffles, we’ve helped over 500 charitable organizations raise over $1 billion on our platform to date, and we’re only just getting started.
As a Program Specialist, Client Services you will have a direct reporting line to the President, Client Services, with a secondary reporting line to Senior Account Managers. You will be responsible for assisting the Senior Program Managers with the daily operations of client programs. You posses a strong ability to work efficiently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
**YOUR ROLE**
- Collaborate with the Senior Program Manager to ensure the smooth progression of day-to-day tasks for client accounts, ensuring timely delivery within established timelines.
- Fulfill project management responsibilities as defined by the Senior Program Manager, ensuring adherence to project objectives and timelines.
- Attend and document client meetings as requested by the Senior Program Manager, and input action items into Asana for the appropriate team member(s).
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of client program details to provide support on various aspects, including AGCO license submission, Client Onboarding, Prizing, Dream Home staffing and Document Review.
- Implement client marketing materials according to specifications provided by the Senior Program Manager, ensuring consistency and alignment with program objectives.
- Utilize Asana effectively to manage tasks, projects, and workflows, ensuring timely completion of assignments and fostering efficient collaboration among team members.
- Uphold the highest standards of quality and performance in program delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and successful outcomes.
- Engage in collaborative efforts with the Senior Program Manager and team members to optimize processes and enhance program efficiencies, driving continuous improvement.
**Desired Skills and Experience**
- 3+ years of Account Management experience.
- Successful completion of a post-secondary program in a relevant field (e.g., project management, marketing, public relations, communications, business).
- Marketing experience is preferred.
- Non-Profit/Charity experience is preferred.
- Fundraising experience is an asset. Knowledge of lotteries, raffles and sweepstakes is preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Exceptional relationship management skills: ability to listen, understand, empathize, communicate constructively.
- Employs an understanding of analytics and uses such knowledge to insights to deliver recommendations to improve performance.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment; able to effectively prioritize, escalate and follow through on expected deliverables in accordance with deadlines and urgent matters.
- Experience with project management systems such as Asana is an asset.
- Proficient with CRM software, Office 365
