**Direct-to-Consumer Associate**
**IN THIS ROLE**
GA Pizza is looking for a passionate and driven individual to work with our Direct-to-Consumer team towards our main goal, producing BETTER, EASY, DELICIOUS pizzas In this role, you will perform duties related to ensuring successful fulfillment of our DTC orders, processing orders, communicating with customers, preparing shipping labels, managing inventory levels to ensure orders can be fulfilled, receiving, picking and placing orders, all while maintaining the safety of the team as a top priority. To ensure success as the Direct-to-Consumer associate, you should have a sound understanding of order fulfillment, be proficient in computer skills and the ability to lift heavy objects. Ultimately, a top-class Direct-to-Consumer associate processes orders quickly and efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards and maintaining positive communication with customers.
**This is a full time position and will require someone to be in person Monday - Friday at our plant location - 6880 Pacific Circle, Mississauga. The core working hours are 7:30am - 4pm.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Processing all incoming online orders through multiple channels
- Responsible for loading and unloading, sorting and organizing products and having them ready for pick up
- Maintain accurate inventory records using computer systems (Exell, Spreadsheets etc)
- Completing order and shipping documentation accurately and timely
- Printing, sorting and preparing online orders as needed
- Move products from warehouse to pallet/dolly directed by order to loading dock. Load delivery vehicle according to delivery plan
- Product tracking - ensuring all product details including lot codes and batch number are accurately recorded before product leaves warehouse
- Communicating with customers about their orders as need be
- Ensure Health & Safety is a priority, by complying with safety standards and regulations
- Ensuring warehouse is clean and tidy
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 1 - 2 years experience in a warehouse position, handling food or working in a food manufacturing environment is a plus
- Proficiency in computer systems and Google Apps Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Google Docs, Analytics)
- Experienced with (or comfortable with) operating stackers and pallet jacks
- Able to stand, walk, reach and comfortable lifting products up to 50lbs each
- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
- Preferable have customer service experience
- Team player, you like working with others and have a positive attitude
- Experience with the Shopify platform is considered a plus
- This is a multi-faceted role, with opportunities for advancement
- Speak and understand English
- Quick learner, and excited about working with and learning about pizza
**COMPENSATION**
- $23.50 per hour approx. 40 hr/week
