Hidden leaf Cannabis is looking for friendly people who have a passion for cannabis, customer service and efficiency to join us on this journey.

All members of our team share a passion for Cannabis and we want to bring on like-minded people who love to talk all things cannabis. We aim to provide guests with an extraordinary cannabis shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process transactions through the store point-of-sale system
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Work with other budtenders in providing unparalleled customer experience
- Assist with merchandising and cleaning as directed
- Guide and direct customers in their cannabis purchasing journey
- Answer customer questions and concerns
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Complete tasks as assigned by the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager
- Adhere to all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers, including federal, provincial and municipal legislation
- Ensure adherence to POS in all transactions
- Assist with opening/closing of store and other tasks as assigned
- Frequent lifting of boxes of supplies
- Assist with store maintaining and housekeeping including stocking shelves.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the store is maintained on a daily basis
- Other tasks as assigned by retail management

**QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS**
- Cannabis Retail Experience big asset
- Have completed CannSell training prior to the start date
- In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods
- In-depth knowledge of all products carried in store
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Minimum 19 years of age
- Pre employment criminal record check
- Able to work flexible hours and weekends
- Availability for shift work any time between 9:00am to 11:30pm, Monday to Sunday
- Availability to work 12 hour shifts an asset.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
