**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Island Mix Restaurant & Lounge is looking for to fill bar back/busser positions.

Position Consist of but not limited to: Assists Bartender, Wait Staff and Dishwasher by maintaining area cleanliness and providing necessary support to ensure fast, friendly and accommodating service.

**IN DEPTH DETAILS**:

- Tidy up tables, counters and other bar areas
- Collect empty glasses and bottles
- Change out beer kegs
- Remove trash and wipe down drink spills
- Refill ice bins
- Assist the Bartenders during rush hours.
- Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Performs opening/closing responsibilities, including party breakdown/duties
- Assists in party setup.
- Maintains cleanliness of restrooms, including restocking of supplies.
- Bussers aren't the front line of food service, but customer attentiveness and a neat appearance are still necessary.
- Teamwork: You will be working with servers, other bussers, bartenders and cooks to make a great dining experience. Being a team player is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $16.55 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
