**Summary** : Konzelmann Estate Winery is seeking an enthusiastic multi-tasker that enjoys customer service, attention to detail and working in a sometimes fast paced environment. This full time (includes weekends) position provides a wide range of support in numerous areas in our winery, with a heavy focus on guest relation responsibilities.
**About the Role**:
- Answer telephone calls and direct caller to the appropriate team member onsite.
- Assist callers with coordinating tastings and experiences using reservation software (Rezdy).
- Assist customers with placing phone orders, re-directing shipping, updating wine club account information, and answering general customer inquiries.
- Manage website and social media chat platform.
- Responding to customer questions in a timely manner.
- Coordinate guest visit requests, managing our general inbox and scheduling appointments in reservation software (Rezdy).
- Manage all aspects of donation requests.
Adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands, and can deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational, customer service, problem solving and creative thinking skills.
- Able to multi-task and prioritize within multiple departments while remaining calm and professional.
- Experience with winery operations is an asset.
- Solid computer skills.
- Able to sit, walk, rotate, and stand, for long periods of time.
- Professional appearance and attire.
- Excellent references upon request that can verify related customer service employment.
**$150 Starting Bonus**
**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
