**Store Lead**

Responsibilities pertain to the overall function of the day-to-day retail store operations and will oversee aspects of the Cannabis retail operations. The Team Lead will provide leadership to a team of approximately 7 people. The Team Lead will be responsible in the areas of; customer service, sales margins, delivery, inventory, and administration of human resources (recruitment, performance reviews, performance management and training), ensuring paperwork is put out on time. The operations will adhere to health and safety policies as all Laws and Regulations stipulated with AGLC and Health Canada. The Assistant will also perform other duties required that may not be on the job description.

This position requires someone who is energetic and highly motivated, with strong lead generation abilities to become a part of a fun and dynamic team in an industry rapidly growing and newly developing cannabis marketplace.

**What is Required**

As an integral part of the Leadership Team you will know how to react to the business needs, to account for the fluctuation in traffic throughout the day. You will help lead the team with positive coaching reinforcement and continuous communication.

You will inform the team about promotions, new products and sales opportunities. You will also attend to our customers in their pleased and displeased states. Your leadership and interpersonal skills will allow you to transition negative moments into positive outcomes and customer retention.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Must have a Bachelors Diploma or Equivalent
- QCW Certification
- Desire and ability to develop a positive, in -depth understanding of cannabis
- Detailed orientated and able to handle cash, POS register and all sales transactions
- Good track record for demonstrating sales and customer service skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently/unsupervised
- Exemplary communication, problem
- solving skills
- Ability to learn and train and educate others in processes, procedures and products
- Education in business administration, sales or relevant field is desirable
