We are currently looking for a **Truck Driver **to join our team

**Responsibilities**:

- Operating trucks safely and professionally to transport and deliver goods and materials to and from facility (mostly local within the GTA, some Ottawa).
- Conducting routine pre/post-trip truck inspections and maintaining accurate records of delivery routes, logs, sheets, and incident reporting.
- Perform general physical activities in order to load/unload, sort/move products.
- Execute delivery in an efficient, safe and client focused manner. Report delays or issues as they arise in a timely manner.
- Maintaining records of pickup and deliveries and obtaining necessary signatures/receipts.
- Performing product delivery verification at the customer location and maintaining customer invoices.
- Tracking all time and all distance travelled in performing assigned duties.
- Load truck and ensure load is secure with co-driver/helper.
- Upkeep and cleaning of the trucks, warehouse and equipment used.
- Accurately manage the information contained on daily delivery trips.
- Effectively maneuvers through the company retail/warehouse management system to proficiently perform specified duties.
- Maintaining all required certifications in line with Health & Safety, and company policies.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Full G Licence required.
- Safe driving record validated by a Driver’s Abstract that is valid within the past 30 days.
- 3-5 years professional driving experience preferred.
- Able to lift 75-100 lbs.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
- Positive attitude and collaborative with exceptional communication skills.
- Home/client site delivery experience is required.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving and criminal record.
- Knowledge of Excel and Outlook is preferred.
- Able to work Monday - Friday (with flexibility for OT).
