Overview:
**Duties**:

- Assist customers in finding the right parts for their vehicles
- Negotiate prices and finalize sales transactions using POS systems
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with sales management to optimize parts sales
- Keep the parts department clean, organized, and presentable

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail sales or dealership environment preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Proficiency in POS systems and sales software
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to maintain a well-organized parts department
- Knowledge of automotive parts is beneficial
