**Qualifications**:

- Experience in marketing is required

**Responsibilities**:

- Assess characteristics of services to be promoted to determine marketing and advertising needs of the centre
- Advise principal on marketing, advertising or sales promotion opportunities and strategies
- Develop and implement strategies and related content for direct and digital marketing and social media campaigns
- Develop and maintain social media accounts, including managing customer reviews and testimonials
- Create, curate and manage social media content, including text, audio, visual and multimedia formats
- Manage post-campaign analysis to measure and report on marketing and advertising metrics
- Develop, implement and evaluate public relations strategies and programs designed to inform clients, employees and the general public of initiatives and policies of the centre
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to identify the interests and concerns of the parents and children of the centre
- Develop and organize meetings, ceremonies and other events and programs for publicity and information purposes
- Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material
- Use multimedia software for editing and modification of marketing content
- Lead a team for events and other production requirements
