**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts while actively seeking new business development opportunities.
- Engage in outside sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking to generate leads.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product features and benefits to effectively communicate them to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and service delivery.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends for management review.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in outside sales or technical sales roles.
- Strong skills in analyzing market data and developing actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
- Experience in business development with a focus on account management is a plus.
- Familiarity with technology sales is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Spanish is an advantage but not mandatory.
