WCLC is currently looking for an HR Business partner to join our team in Winnipeg, MB. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR business partner to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs. Our team is presently working in a hybrid fashion spending time on-site to collaborate and build relationships as well as working from home pending business needs.

**Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities**
- Work with stakeholders to develop and implement HR related programs and initiatives
- Conduct research and analysis on HR initiatives and undertake projects and committee work to support HR policies and functions
- Provide support and advice on human resource matters such as workforce planning, compensation decisions, employee engagement and training & development, health and wellness and absence management
- Support cyclical HR processes such as, talent management and salary administration
- Facilitate regular check-ins with client group leaders to ensure the development and maintenance of strong internal stakeholder relationships.
- Responsible for full recruitment cycle in accordance with established corporate processes
- Facilitate development and improvement of KPIs and other systems that support HR functions and activities

**Qualifications & Competencies**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources in an advisory capacity, including experience in implementing effective HR solutions
- A degree or diploma in Human Resource Management (or related field) from a recognized post-secondary institution
- Previous experience conducting workplace investigations, developing communication plans and supporting and coaching leadership on employee relations issues
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices and relevant legislation
- Proven ability to foster and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external contacts
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Tech savvy with a proficiency in MS Office and HRIS reporting systems
- Strong work ethic, accountability and responsibility to meet deadlines
- Experience with job evaluation and compensation programs is an asset
