Tony’s is a Butcher shop and Delicatessen in Apple Plaza on Main St. that’s been around since 1998. We have a solid local following of lovely customers and a fantastic team of enthusiastic, food-centric people to service them. We strive to keep a great energy in the store by helping each other out, staying accountable as a business and working through challenges together.

We’re looking for customer service help at our food counters, but there is a lot of opportunity to be involved and grow skills in
- Butchery
- Creative Cooking
- Supply Chain and Inventory Management
- Productization
- Merchandising

This could make for a great transition for someone in the hospitality industry looking for stable hours without turning their back on the culinary world.

We have a catering menu, we do charcuterie and grazing tables, make daily soups for our deli, and we have experienced Butchers on hand that are happy to share their knowledge if you’re interested in learning about that world. We have a well-equipped Kitchen and make all types of house-made products like sausages, pepperoni, bacon, and more If you have ideas, we’re happy to make them real together.

Customer service at Tony’s isn’t just scanning and bagging

We offer a free meal daily, the occasional free items to take home and a store-wide discount.

Starting wage is $20/hr for someone green and keen (with room for growth), and higher for someone who brings experience with them.

Like any kitchen we all share a load of less-than-fun tasks like cleaning and inventory, so we’d hope to have someone who isn’t shy of contributing in that department.

Shifts are Tuesday-Saturday with a somewhat flexible start time. We’re looking for someone full time but willing to juggle some part-timers for the right fit, especially if you have Deli experience.
