We are looking for a compassionate, reliable & detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Restoration Technician. As a Restoration Technician, you will play a critical role in restoring and repairing various structures and properties that have been damaged by fire, water, or other disasters.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Perform restoration tasks such as water extraction, drying, cleaning, deodorizing, and rebuilding
- Remove and dispose of damaged materials, including furniture, fixtures, and other debris
- Use appropriate tools and equipment to carry out restoration activities efficiently and safely
- Follow industry standards, guidelines, and safety protocols during the restoration process
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including documentation of damages, repairs, and expenses
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Qualifications:_
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Previous Restoration experience is an asset
- Familiarity with hand and power tools, drying equipment, deodorization treatments and other methods used in restoration projects
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in challenging situations
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills; strong customer service skills

Availability Mon - Fri with the occasional weekend emergency work. Work vehicle is supplied for getting to job sites. Wages will depend on experience, but starting salary will range from $17-$20 per hour.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- Monday to Friday
