**Summary**:
As a Vehicle Lot Coordinator, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the vehicle lot, reporting directly to the dealership management. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining an organized lot, providing excellent customer service, and assisting guests with their inquiries. Core skills in communication and customer service will be vital, while your premium skills in dealership experience and hospitality will enhance the overall guest experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take initiative and perform detailed work accurately, ensuring projects are carried through to completion.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including file organization, document preparation, and statistical compilation.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience by being proactive, hands-on, and ready to jump in to do whatever it takes to support the team.
- Troubleshoot issues and work collaboratively with the team to offer and implement solutions
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with professionalism to include judgment, tact, and sensitivity.
- Meticulous attention to detail regarding paperwork retention, efficient filing systems, data input, and analysis.
- Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate equipment for personal protection.
- Ensure dependability via regular and predictable attendance.

**Qualification**:

- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Required languages: English
- 2-4 years’ experience in the automotive or transportation industry preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Problem solving aptitude to meet challenges with resourcefulness and innovative approaches.
- Proven success to work independently with mínimal supervision while working in a team environment.
- Able to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Must be detail-oriented, ability to provide exceptional customer service and be dependable.

**Work Conditions**:

- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Some indoor work related to general administrative duties
- Physical Demands: Ability to work outside and be on foot for extended periods of time. Ability to walk medium to long distances during the work day.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Work Location: In person
