**THE GREEN HEX CANNABIS CO. **is looking to add unique team members to our growing brand. Our concept relies 100% on having a genuine interest in making a difference in this movement.

**Requirements as a Budtender/ Sales Associate**:

- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Passionate about cannabis and the cannabis industry
- Hold a valid/current CANNSELL Training Certification prior to first day
- WHMIS certification an asset
- Must provide Criminal Background Check
- Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Punctual and reliable
- Strong retail skills (cannabis and related accessories)
- Good at multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
- Point of Sale Software experience an asset
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, conferencing an asset
- Proficient with modern technology (Apple iPads, Samsung Tablets, etc.)
- Good understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc. an asset
- Minimum of 2-years customer or retail service preferred; cannabis industry an asset
- Valid “G” driver's license preferred with a clean drivers’ abstract.

**Responsibilities as a Budtender/ Sales Associate**:

- Be a team player by contributing to a positive store environment through effective communication, teamwork, and partnership with all team members.
- Cleanliness is of the essence. Surfaces have to always be clean as well the environment we work in.
- Help build the brand by providing a welcoming environment for customers, assist and help identify suitable products, create a positive impact
- Must be able to educate customers by providing/enhancing accurate knowledge about cannabis products and effectively resolve any customer concerns.
- Sell cannabis pairings. Accessories include bongs, pipes, everyday consumables and more.
- Handling of glass must be done with utmost precaution.
- Share your passion by demonstrating strong product knowledge, values and behaviors consistent with **THE GREEN HEX CANNABIS CO.** brand
- Have an eye for detail. Make sure at all times that the store is clean and inviting sanitized and well merchandised as per instructions given in house
- Must be able and willing to lift boxes and supplies (5lbs - 30lbs)
- Handle all Point of Sale (POS) in a manner that is compliant with all store and government regulations
- Ensure that clients are served in a timely fashion
- ID customers in a respectful and comforting way
- Other tasks may be assigned by management as we grow
- Ready to work under Covid Regulations

This position is intended to be permanent. We are hiring for **part-time** 20 to 35 hours a week to start. This position can/will quickly advance to **full-time.**

Shift hours range from 4 to 9 hours

**Job Types**: Either Part-time or Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Must follow the protocol put in place by the Government and the Alcohol and Gaming Commission
