Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. **Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary
- Provide support to the sales team by generating leads and following up on sales inquiries
- Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and improve service

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to speak multiple languages fluently (Spanish preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Sales or telemarketing experience is a plus

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
