Product Manger

**Area of Responsibility**

Assist in Product management, development, enhancements, integration & testing in timely manner.

Assist in the implementation, and management of core business / group processes, product notes, department operating manuals and documentation

Comply with internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements where applicable and seek approvals appropriately

Coordinate with customer service to understand common issues in product

Ensures alignment between stakeholders and coordinate for timely completion of tasks assigned to various stakeholder of product

Supports change management of varying scope and type; tasks typically focused on execution and sustainment activities

Executes work to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service.

Conduct testing for new iterations to the existing product features

Provide business data to stakeholders

Understand the regulatory requirements and risk profile of the product and coordinate with compliance and risk management teams to ensure processes and controls are adequately developed and implemented
