MC Dispatch is Growing and seeking great talent.

Working this position, you are required to use MC Dispatch’s software and third-party communication technologies. You would be assigning jobs and actively communicating to our fleet of drivers, to ensure timely accurate delivery of our customer’s products.

The Employees job duties will include the following:

- Work closely with Dispatch to ensure each order that is submitted to the appropriate Driver;
- Ensure that all deliveries arrive to the customer’s requested location, safely and on time;
- Be professional and responsive to all of our drivers, clients, and any vendors;
- Educate, assist and coach drivers with deliveries when required;
- Answer over-flow telephone calls and provide customer service to all incoming calls;
- Making outbound calls to customers when necessary, to ensure each delivery is completed efficiently;
- Have strong skills of analyzing data and monitoring drivers progress in their daily deliveries
- Ensuring all product is delivered safely and in a timely manner
- Monitor and report any issues pertaining each delivery along with reassigning deliveries, updating delivery addresses in routing app etc
- Review and monitor each drivers Routes, track efficiencies per driver
- Submit a daily report to Management pertaining to shift
- Communicating clearly so that all parties involved know what is going on
- Managing time wisely both to be an effective employee and to spot ways in which transportation routes and procedures could be improved
- Displaying a commitment to teamwork since the job entails contact with a variety of people
- Experience in customer relations would be ideal, preferably in a call centre setting

**Salary**: $18.50-$24.00 per hour
