**Work Environment**: Outdoors, confined spaces, and must be able to work in all types of weather conditions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maneuver the Volvo 150 wheeled excavator in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform excavation, trenching, grading, and other tasks as required by project specifications.
- Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to determine work requirements.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols on-site to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with the construction team to coordinate workflow and optimize productivity.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including the equipment and surrounding environment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
- Complete daily logs and reports accurately to document work progress and equipment usage.
- Demonstrate professionalism and teamwork in all interactions with coworkers and supervisors.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Wheeled Excavator Operator, preferably with expertise in operating Volvo 150 models.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Certification or training in heavy equipment operation is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and regulations.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications accurately.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks and operate heavy machinery for extended periods.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and travel to different job sites as needed.
