You’ll be part of our pharmacy team that’s committed to providing exceptional patient-centered care and exceeding patients' expectations. We are looking for friendly, knowledgeable, and professional individuals to join our team who will make meeting the health needs of our patients their top priority.

**Here’s where you’ll be focusing**:

- Payroll
- Submitting invoices for payment using the manual day sheets
- Making sure committees are meeting and taking minutes (ex: OH&S, DE&I and events committees)
- Sending out messages about vacation request deadlines and facilitate the collection of all the requests by the deadline to provide to the appropriate manager/supervisor.
- Following up with wholesale on missing supplies
- Ordering supplies for the building (ex: toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags etc)
- Place orders for office supplies

**What you have to offer**:
Education and Experience:

- Above average communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Team player
- Self-directed and able to work independently to meet strict deadline
- Experience with electronic communication (including but not limited to) Microsoft Word and Excel
- Data entry and/or payroll experience
- High School Diploma
