Nolinor is currently seeking a Captain Lear Jet 45 - Flight Standards Manager (704)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
In addition to the flying duties as PIC on the Learjet 45; the Flight Standards Manager is responsible to the Crew processes, procedures, and manuals at Nolinor Aviation for the 704 operations.
- Develop and/or maintain policies and procedures to ensure the successful, smooth, and safe operation of all Nolinor aircraft operated under 704;
- Develop and/or maintain all manuals applicable to the Flight Crew including but not limited to FCOM, SOP, QRH, MEL, and Route and Aerodrome Manual;
- Ensure all Flight Crew procedures are standard, safe, and efficient in order to achieve flight operation goals and objectives, i.e., Fuel saving program, etc...
- Oversee all check pilots to ensure a high quality of training is provided to the flight crew in accordance to company procedures and Transport Canada requirements;
- Implement corrective action when hazards or weaknesses are identified by the Safety Management System (SMS), or recommended by the Safety Office, or as directed by the Chief Pilot;
- Assist the Quality Assurance Manager to perform departmental audits, as required;
- Attend industry meetings applicable to flight standards as required;
- Assume any other task or responsibility delegated by the Chief Pilot, as required.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL);
- Learjet 45 type rating is required;
- Canadian citizen or permanent resident status;
- Must have a valid passport;
- Bilingualism, both oral and written;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Customer service oriented with the ability to develop relationships with clients;
- Ability to work in a team environment;
- Flexible to varying work schedule.
