Eatertainment Marketing Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
The position would include working with Victoria Gibson (Director of Marketing), Sebastien Centner, and the entire Eatertainment team. In your capacity as Marketing Coordinator, you will work extensively on all aspects of social media & promotions.

This will include, but not be limited to the following areas:

- Assisting our Director of Marketing with creating a monthly content calendar
- Maintaining and monitoring daily uploads across Instagram, Facebook and Twitter for 4+ accounts.
- Working with scheduling systems such as Hootsuite, Latergram and Facebook to schedule content month-to-month.
- Heavy focus on driving engagement for all our social media accounts through community management.
- Working with website management tools (WordPress and Squarespace) to keep business sites up-to-date with the latest media appearances and features, blog posts, etc.
- Assisting the Director of Marketing in content creation. Including but not limited to: photo and video editing, graphic design, using apps such as TikTok & Instagram Reels, etc.
- General admin and assistance with the team regarding maintaining calendars, arranging food orders and travel, and set up for media-related projects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and sales collateral.
- Event attendance (after hours and including some weekends) around GTA to capture food, atmosphere, and behind-the-scenes for both social media and in-house purposes.
- Monitor media coverage and track industry trends.
- Photographing & taking video in the office & offsite to promote our events, taking photos of new menu items, & working with our event & chef teams to coordinate shoots.
- Maintenance of our photography inventory (cameras, lighting, tripod, etc).
- Work hours will be irregular times (not always 9 am to 5 pm) and be dictated by our events and other obligations to fulfill the duties/goals of the position.
- Assisting the Director of Marketing in TV productions, photoshoots and daily marketing initiatives. Tasks include; _sourcing props, set dressing for media appearances and any other general admin._

**Preferred qualifications & skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
- Practical knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc.)
- Experience using editing programs: Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva
- Experience with social media scheduling platforms: Hootsuite, Later, etc.
- Skilled in copywriting, photography, and videography
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects concurrently

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
