Carpenter Foreman/lead Hands

Edmonton, Canada CWP Constructors Ltd Full time

**FULL TIME FOREMAN REQUIRED**

CWP Constructors is now hiring for a foreman position.
- Organize and supervise crew of 5-10 workers on a variety of different projects
- Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections ensuring all employees work in a safe manner
- Work directly with project manager and project coordinators to ensure a safe worksite while maintaining schedule
- Ongoing quality control with various inspections documenting findings and corrective actions
- Use of a wide array of hand and power tools as well as safety equipment to complete work
- Resolving conflicts with employees, issuing warnings or dismissals as warranted
- Vast knowledge on demolition and restoration of concrete
- Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity
- Maintaining a high standard of ethical behavior to uphold CWP’s reputation and demonstrate a commitment to our company’s values
- Small Equipment preventative maintenance
- Knowledge of WCB Management
- Promotes, supports, and facilitates a team environment
