Caregiver

**Duties**:

- Provide care and supervision for children in a safe and nurturing environment
- Create and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's physical, cognitive, and social development
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Monitor children's behavior and intervene when necessary to ensure their safety and well-being
- Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress
- Follow all licensing regulations and guidelines

**Skills**:

- Early childhood education: Knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Caregiving: Ability to provide compassionate care and support to children
- Classroom management: Skill in creating a structured and engaging learning environment
- Educate: Ability to teach basic skills and concepts to young children
- Experience with children: Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
