WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOMPLISHING IN THE ROLE
- Complete the necessary paperwork to recover associated costs from our vendor partners
- Accurate and timely data entry of warehouse records, printing of reports and distributing to appropriate parties
- Repairing and returning damaged product to a saleable status
- Enhancing quality of outgoing product and reducing non-saleable inventory
- Quality of product handled, opened, serviced, touched-up, repaired is exceptional
- Actively participating in quality initiatives throughout the warehouse including strict adherence to SOPs
- All work areas maintained in clean, organized, and safe condition
- Warehouse duties when not performing repair duties

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail is a must
- Could be called upon to fill in for Outside Repair Technician
- May be assigned duties requiring operation of a company vehicle, supported by valid G licence
- Direct dealings with the public experience preferred
- Skilled in or willing to be trained for operation of forklift equipment and to operate same
- Skilled at and willing to accept training in properly lifting heavy or awkward objects on a regular basis
- Operating knowledge of computer and office equipment
- Valid G licence with clean drivers abstract.
- Availability to work a full-time retail rotation schedule which includes daytime, evening and weekend shifts as well as peak periods such as March Anniversary and Boxing Week
