**3-5 years of experience in Data warehousing design and development with a focus on extracting, and transforming data coming from various data sources and loading it into star/snowflake schemas**
**Experience in Microsoft BI stack including**:
**o Power BI Report Development (BI As a Service)**

**o SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, SLQ, MS Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, DB, DW**

**o Source To Target Mapping, Data Modeling**

**Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards**

**Experience with informatica**

**Technical Skills (60%)**
.NET Programmer/Developer must have a minimum of 8+ years of the following skills:
3-5 years of experience in Data warehousing design and development with a focus on extracting, and transforming data coming from various data sources and loading it into star/snowflake schemas

Experience in Microsoft BI stack including:

- Power BI Report Development (BI As a Service)
- SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, SLQ, MS Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, DB, DW
- Source To Target Mapping, Data Modeling.

Experience working with source control systems, such as Visual Studio 2017

Experience developing multi-threaded services using.Net or C#

Demonstrates experience with developing ETL solutions to populate data warehouses and create data extracts for the purpose of business intelligence reporting

Design, build, automate, and optimize complex data ETL/ELT processes using PL/SQL and equivalent

Experience in debugging mappings, transformations, source qualifier files, and queries

Demonstrates experience developing star schema multi-dimensional models

Experience with developing, debugging, and enhancing the performance of complex SQL queries

Demonstrates experience developing Unix shell scripts

Demonstrates experience using Power Designer to review data models, as well as make changes and generate DDL scripts

Hand-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, building Business Intelligence reports and dashboards

Demonstrated experience with M, DAX, and Power Query

Demonstrated experience collaborating with Developers, Testers, and Program Managers

Knowledge of the Microsoft Azure ecosystem and the Power Platform

Proven experience with SQL Server and Power BI Datasets

Experience developing, testing, and debugging code for enhancements to systems using Web API, ASP.NET, AngularJS, Entity Framework, LINQ, and Oracle is an asset

**Other Technical Skills - 25%**
Experience with the configuration and administration of operating systems including Microsoft Windows and Linux or other varieties of UNIX

Experience with Continuous Integration and with build systems such as Build Master, DevOps, or similar tools

Experience with ETL tools to facilitate the transfer of data

Experience with ArcGIS, Google Maps, or other geographic information systems

Experience working with source control systems, such as Visual Studio 2017

Experience developing, testing, and debugging code for enhancements to systems R-Script, Oracle statistical functions

Experience working with and contributing to reusable software components using nuget or other package managers
