**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate daily patient care, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Communicate with patients and healthcare providers to manage schedules and address needs.
- Support recruitment of healthcare professionals to maintain proper staffing levels.
- Assist in managing patient care plans, ensuring all services are scheduled and delivered.
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and organizations.
- Handle patient inquiries, offering solutions to ensure a positive experience.
- Assist with marketing efforts to promote Rehab2go services and increase visibility.
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry, insurance claims, and follow-ups.
- Identify and help implement operational improvements to enhance patient care.
- Minimum high school diploma required.
- Full-time availability.
- Proficient with modern software tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive problem-solver, adaptable to changing patient needs and clinic operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Empathetic and customer-focused approach to patient care.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in compliance with privacy laws.
- Strong time management skills.
- Previous healthcare or customer service experience is a plus.

**Compensation**:
$18/hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
