**Summary of Position**

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Creation of professional detailed architectural packages of retail spaces from 3D scan, data and survey notes using Revit and AutoCad.
- Creation of technical drawings, propose layouts of products, components and assemblies from rough sketches, notes, and voice instructions to create the final product using Revit and AutoCad.
- Review and update database for each location with merchandising and marketing information.
- Ability to work within a defined schedule to produce project targets.
- Reports and compiles information on operations for documentation purposes
- Work closely with project team members to ensure accuracy of design elements are captured into the database.
- Follow-up on outstanding information required to complete finalize merchandising plans.
- High volumes of work to be completed.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time, in line with role competencies and/or skillset.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience working with Revit.
- Experience working with Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience working with AutoCAD.
- Experience with working with 3D / 2D scanning technology, an asset.
- Experience working with architectural floorplans.
- Thorough knowledge of design principles.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Attention to detail from concept to finalized product.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and successfully launch new products and services.
