- Under guidance of the IT System Administrator Manager, you will participate in building and maintaining cyber security systems and solutions, leveraging systems and infrastructure and assisting our SOC department with escalations.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Cybersecurity team to proactively address high-priority issues.
- Assist with the planning, setup, configuration and operationalization of cybersecurity tools.
- Lead key activities of vulnerability remediation.
- Take part in solving incidents and collaborate with other system administrators and departments.
- Provide L2 and L3 cybersecurity technical support to the SOC departments.
- Optimize and automate cybersecurity system infrastructure.
- Assist with the definition and maintenance of various IT and cybersecurity processes.
- Assist with other System Administrator level tasks.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation.
- Contribute to tool and system optimization.

Qualifications:

- 10 to 15 years' experience as a SysAdmin
- 5 to 8 years' experience as a Security Administrator
- Mastery of the Microsoft 365 suite, Entra and Active Directory
- Mastery of the Azure Security platform (Defender, Sentinel, Pureview, DLP)
- Expertise of both Linux and Windows Server
- Good knowledge of networking (CCNA or Network+ certification is a plus)
- Good knowledge of macOS is a plus
- Good knowledge of virtualization and containerization
- Good programming/scripting skills (Ex.: Python, Powershell)
- Good knowledge of at least 2 SIEM and/or EDR systems
- Previous involvement in various securities or infrastructure project cycles
- Strong attention to details and strong capability to understand pattern
- Strong holistic approach (human and technical).
- Strong believer in change management.
- Team player and cooperative.
- Flexibility and proactivity.
- Bilingual (Mastery of one or both English and/or French).
