**Role Summary**

Pure Industrial is seeking an experienced finance professional who will be reporting to the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (“FP&A”). The Manager will have a material impact on the success of the Finance team with ownership and execution of monthly and KPI reporting, budget and reforecast activities, ad-hoc modeling, and process improvement.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Lead the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports to Senior Management and Investors.
- Lead the reporting process of key performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing variances.
- Lead the annual budget and the quarterly financial reforecast processes and liaise with all departments to deliver the plan, including creating analyses and presentations.
- Develop, own and improve financial models and analysis to support key decision making, strategic initiatives/special projects.
- Drive continuous improvements and automations in processes and reporting, proactively identifying opportunities for enhancements.
- Participate in the implementation and roll-out of Yardi modules and other system/reporting customizations.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a related role within financial planning & analysis and/or accounting.
- Prior management experience is mandatory and must currently be in a people manager role.
- Self-learner and self-starter, able to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Superior proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and in particular, PowerPoint and Excel.

- Creating and managing large complex financial models with a high degree of accuracy.
- Analytical and critical thinking with experience summarizing large amounts of data and provide data-driven insights.
- Project management and organization with the capacity and willingness to manage multiple deliverables, while also balancing time-sensitive deadlines.
- Effective communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills and ability to foster effective working relationships both internally across the organization and externally.
- Maintaining a high attention to detail, while also having the ability to identify high-level trends and frame the storyline.

**_ Not mandatory, however would be preferred:_**
- Experience with Yardi Voyager and in the commercial real estate industry.
