Sort Supervisors are essentials employees who ensure the seamless running of our delivery business. We are presently looking for a full-time Sort Supervisor to support our growth

What is a typical work day?
- Demonstrate leadership: manage, motivate and maximize employee performance (team of 15 to 20) in the sorting area.
- Be organized: plan the work flow and ensure that employees understand and perform their tasks well. Ensure the onboarding of new sorters in the station.
- Be productive: set performance goals and deadlines in line with organizational plans.
- Multitasking: prepare and organize the sorting station (boxes / envelopes), supervise all activities related to sorting packages and monitor the progress of packages per hour according to established objectives.
- Be diligent: ensure the cleanliness of the work area and the use of safe work methods and behaviors within his team.

What do you need to be successful?
- Be able to work in an environment where deadlines are very tight and adapt very quickly to the needs of the business.
- Be bilingual in French and English.
- Have general computer skills (Office365).
- Have basic knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
- Have warehouse experience, supervising and / or managing employees.
