**Responsibilities**:

- Work under the supervision of a foreman or the client to ensure the smooth execution of pipe installation, maintenance and repair projects.
- Labor as needed to expose existing infrastructure, ensuring the safe and efficient progress of the project.
- Prepare tools and materials required for pipe installation, ensuring they are readily available when needed.
- Measure and cut pipes accurately, ensuring proper fit and alignment during installation.
- Install pipes according to project specifications, following industry standards and best practices.
- Pack around pipes as necessary to provide stability and support.
- Attend and participate in Health and Safety meetings and trainings as required.
- Perform any other duties as required to contribute to the successful completion of the project.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years experience as a pipelayer or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of pipe installation techniques and procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills. This includes the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, follow instructions, and communicate any issues or concerns.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. This includes adhering to safety protocols, identifying potential hazards, and taking appropriate measures to mitigate risks.
- G License

**Success in this Position**:
Success in the Pipelayer role is defined by the ability to effectively contribute to the installation and maintenance of sewer and water pipes. This includes demonstrating proficiency in tasks such as exposing existing infrastructure, preparing tools and materials, accurately measuring and cutting pipes, and ensuring proper installation. Success also entails working collaboratively with the foreman or client, following instructions, and maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout the project. By consistently meeting project requirements and adhering to safety protocols, the Pipelayer will contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
