**INSIDE SALESPERSON**

Located in the Burnside Industrial Park in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Omnitech is currently seeking a highly motivated **Inside (Technical) Salesperson**. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a team of skilled professionals and to develop your own skills to respond to the changing needs of our customers and the market.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**
- Responding to inbound enquiries regarding pricing, delivery, etc.
- Preparing quotations
- Tracking & following-up customer quotations to secure purchase orders
- Preparation and submission of technical documents
- Preparation of project bids against tender documents
- Maintaining price lists
- Researching new local project opportunities through internet search on various open bidding sites
- A Degree or Diploma in Business or Engineering is considered to be an asset
- 2+ years sales experience is an asset
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open items on an on-going basis
- Mechanical aptitude and/or technical inclination
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral
- Ability to work well and remain detail oriented under the pressures of a busy sales environment
- Computer proficiency
- Valid driver's license

**Compensation**

Omnitech offers an excellent base salary (commensurate with qualifications and experience), with annual compensation reviews, and bonus plan/incentive.
