**Job description**
**Summary**:As a Salesperson at Frontier Building Group you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue generation. You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing leads, building strong client relationships, and promoting our construction services and products. This role requires a dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the construction industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Acquisition**: Identify and target potential clients within the construction industry. Generate and qualify leads through various channels including, inbound leads, cold calls, networking events, referrals, etc.
**Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs, concerns, and project requirements to offer tailored solutions.
**Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with the company's construction products, services, and capabilities. Provide clients with comprehensive information and recommendations based on their specific needs.
**Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the company's expertise and value proposition.
**Estimate and Proposal Generation**: Create accurate and competitive project proposals and quotations in collaboration with the project management team.
**Negotiation**: Skillfully negotiate contract terms, pricing, and project details to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
**Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and objectives set by the company.
**Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Use this knowledge to develop sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
**Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project details in the company's CRM system.
**Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure client satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively, and by maintaining open lines of communication throughout the project lifecycle.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction products, processes, and terminology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: $75,000.00-$220,000.00 per year

Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
