**OPEN: Monday - Thursday 1-7pm, Saturday, Sunday & Holidays 12-5**

Full-Time/Hourly New Home Sales Administrator must be available to work Sunday to Thursday (Sales Centre Closed Friday) and some Saturday work as needed.

The New Home Sales Administrator will greet and register all visitors to the sales office.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Act as a first point of contact for visitors to the sales office.
- Receive and direct incoming telephone calls in a courteous, professional and timely manner.
- Prepare Purchase and Sale Agreements, Amendments and related documents.
- Enter homeowner information for Purchase and Sale Agreements into database.
- Prepare and maintain all purchaser files.
- Track customer interactions in corporate database.
- Ensuring Sales Centre is clean, fully stocked, and presentable at all times.
- Other office duties as required.

**Position Requirements**:

- **Education and Experience**_
- Minimum high school diploma required
- Strong customer service (CS) background with prior experience in a CS role
- **Skills and Attributes**_
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- An outgoing personality with the ability to greet and address individuals in a professional manner.
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Exhibit the highest degree of honesty and professionalism.
- Ability to work in a demanding, fast paced, team-oriented setting.
- Office hours: Monday - Thursday 1-7pm, Saturday, Sunday & Holidays 12-5
- **Must **be available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday).

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour
