Full-time, live-in superintendent required for a position in Bedford condominium building. Daily hours are 8:00 to 5:00 and on-call weekends/evenings. Building management experience preferred. Work and/or character references an asset. Starting salary of $25,500, plus 2 bdrm unit, cable, internet, electricity included.
