The Janitor reports to the Facilities Coordinator and is responsible to provide a range of services that promote a positive appearance of the facility for both clients and staff. Working in conjunction with the rest of the team at Rock Bay Landing, the Janitor ensures that areas are clean and free of hazards.

**Qualifications**
- Grade 12 plus one (1) year of recent related experience.

**Requirements**:

- WHMIS Certification.
- Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General Criminal Record Check.

**Job Information**
- ** Hourly Rate **$23.47 - $26.97
- Plus 10.6% in lieu of vacation and sick time.
- **Days of Work** As needed and dependent on your availability.
- ** Shift Time **Various.
- **Union **BCGEU.
- ** Work Location **535 Ellice St. - Rock Bay Landing.
- ** Job Type**: Casual.

**Portability**

As of November 1, 2021, Cool Aid requires that all its staff are fully vaccinated (7 days past their second dose of vaccine) against COVID-19. If you are offered employment, it will be contingent on you providing proof of vaccination prior to your first day of employment.
