Virtual Videographer

**What you will be doing**:
**1. **Remote Filming (primary function)**:

- Use Virtual Videographer remote recording technology
- Live streaming and live streaming platforms, as required
- Communicate with clients during shoots to ensure quality product with happy clients

**2. **Video Editing**:

- Select, edit and incorporate third party content, as needed.
- Use superior organization skills to mind the finer details of projects, paying close attention to accuracy and timelines.
- Collaborate internally with the Creative team and Account Management team to prioritize projects and define and allocate proper resources and communicate changes.
- Effectively use project management software for your projects.

**3. **Videography**:

- Hands-on filming with professional video equipment
- Travel - maintain passport, travel as required to client events and filming opportunities
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications and skills that will support your success**:

- A degree or diploma in Filming, Videography, Creative Communications, Digital Media Design, Graphic Design, Video Production, or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of industry experience.
- Proven experience filming and lighting with professional video equipment, including experience operating a Sony FS7 camera or equivalent.
- A valid Canadian passport - because you will be asked to travel internationally to film our clients.
- Understanding of technical specs, and can maintain proper calibration of video cameras, and other production equipment.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Ability to conceptualize details and anticipate clients needs.
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Comfortable in Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Collaborative, innovative and creative style.
- Highly adaptable and exceptional command of time management.

We operate in a client-intimate, customized products and services organization where we plan, create and deliver video and programming for our clients who use our platform to maximize engagement and revenues; from a social media video to a multi-season, docuseries.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $37,500.00-$50,000.00 per year
