Russel Metals Inc. is currently seeking an individual for the position of **Plasma Operator** in our** Grande Prairie, AB **location.

**Please note - our work environment is safety sensitive and will require the successful applicant to undergo a pre-employment medical and drug evaluation.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operation of Crane and Hi-Definition Plasma Machine
- Responsible for all set up and preventative maintenance
- Knowledge of computer programming
- Process planning and CNC programming for machinery
- Responsible for meeting daily production and on time requirements
- Ability to read blueprints and conduct quality inspections
- Ability to meet specific tasks at hand

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:High School Diploma / Grade 12 or equivalent
- Effective communication skills
- Packaging material to customer specifications
- Advanced problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, results oriented
- Previous experience an asset
