**Job Summary**:
Divine Furniture Rental has a vacancy for a Warehouse and Dock Operations Supervisor. We are looking for someone with experience in warehouse and dock operations, who can manage and supervise a crew on the job site, and ensure organized and accurate completion of work.

**Duties and responsibilities may include some or all of the following**:

- Shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and maintaining inventories of materials, parts and products;
- Processing purchasing transactions;
- Coordinating production work;
- Dispatching crews out in timely manner in tight windows, ability to adjust to unforeseen circumstances;
- Check in with crews throughout the day to ensure deliveries are going smoothly;
- Scheduling transportation crews and routes;
- Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures for safety and security, standards and regulations in force and participate in their improvement;
- Overseeing and managing the loading dock to ensure all staff have a safe and clean working environment;
- Documenting and communicating any issues in the warehouse with management;
- Docking management and ensuring crews are unloading trucks and dock is cleaned after every shift;
- Supervising truck loading and unloading;
- Ensuring all products are properly accounted for and covered with proper loading blankets;
- Receiving and documenting shipping in & loading out of orders for customers;
- Able to work in our warehouse supporting team when required;
- Checking product quality and maintaining service records accordingly;
- Working with a team of staff to pull items to the loading dock and re-stock when needed;
- Handling reach lift truck and tow motor operations; and
- Miscellaneous other tasks as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3+ years’ proven work experience in a warehouse setting;
- Previous experience managing/supervising people;
- Completion of a Secondary School Diploma;
- Ensuring items are accurately and efficiently picked and identified to avoid discrepancies
- Adhering to all safety and equipment regulations and maintain a clean work environment
- Ability to be professional and customer service oriented;
- Warehouse experience is preferred;
- Able to work individually and as a team;
- Taking pride in running a clean well organized and efficient warehouse;
- Has strong technical aptitude and industry knowledge;
- Strong working knowledge, Experience with process improvement and implementation;
- Comfortable with computers, Proficient in Excel etc;
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment; and
- Physically fit with initiative to take hands-on approach and work alongside their team.
