Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of our facilities. This position requires a strong background in facilities maintenance, electrical work, and mechanical knowledge. Duties: - Conduct routine inspections of our facilities to identify and address any maintenance issues - Perform electrical repairs and installations as needed - Weld and fabricate metal components as necessary - Maintain and repair mechanical equipment, including troubleshooting and replacing faulty parts - Supervise and coordinate with external contractors for larger maintenance projects - Read and interpret schematics and logic controllers to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions - Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity of our equipment and facilities - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff members Experience: - Proven experience in facilities maintenance, electrical work, and mechanical knowledge - Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and logic controllers - Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions - Ability to weld and fabricate metal components - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal Benefits: - Competitive salary based on experience - Health insurance coverage - Retirement plan options - Paid time off for vacation and sick leave If you have the necessary skills and experience to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you.
