**Position**

Overhead Door Technician - Saskatoon, SK

**Key Responsibilities**

The Overhead Door Technician is a self-motivated individual who will perform an array of duties including: installation of residential and commercial overhead doors, repairing and servicing existing customer doors, and inspecting jobsites.

**Your Role**
- Install residential and commercial overhead doors following Company procedures and industry standards.
- Diagnose problems, provided solutions, and estimate labour required to repair and service existing customer overhead doors.
- Inspect jobsites to ensure tasks completed are to Company and Industry standards.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and customer service oriented attitude
- Operate hand tools, such as tape measure, torch, saw, drill, etc.
- Load and secure products safely to work truck.
- Work from heights to complete door installations via ladder, scaffolding, or aerial lift.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- CDI certification is an asset.
- Fall protection certification preferred
- Elevated work platform preferred
- Standard first aid preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Knowledge of electrical wiring and welding is an asset.
- Compliant with safety procedures with a strong safety mindset.
- Great physical stamina, manual dexterity and physically fit - capable of lifting and carrying up to 75lbs/34kg.
- Able to work individually and as part of a team.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada and be located in the Saskatoon, SK Area.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract is required.
