**Responsibilities**:
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned at a later date:
- Book Appointments
- Open new work orders, accurately recording customer information and requirements
- Handle incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Deal with customer requests and questions in a timely and friendly manner
- Keep customers updated as needed regarding ongoing repairs and offer explanations for work required and/or suggested so that customers can make informed decisions
- Inform customers of upcoming repairs/services required
- Confirm that all work and pricing is approved by the customer prior to work being performed
- Monitor activities at service counter including customer contact, parts shipping and receiving
- Complete various clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, sorting/filing, etc.
- Receiving customer payments
- Monitoring our online text messaging service
