Host/greeter

**Job Summary**
As a Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and excellent customer service in various settings such as restaurants, hotels, or retail establishments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the establishment
- Direct guests to the appropriate areas or personnel
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements if applicable
- Maintain a tidy and organized entrance area
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Handle phone calls professionally and assist callers as needed

**Skills**:

- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems is advantageous
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in phone etiquette
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or customer service role is beneficial
- Ability to assist and help guests efficiently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
