**Estimating Manager - Role & Responsibilities**

Well-capitalized startup seeks extremely talented Estimating Manager to grow estimating department to handle revenue of $10 million in two years. You must have experience in process optimization, analyzing, financials, and rapidly completing estimates in a faction of the time that most consider possible. Top-notch communication and attention to detail skills are essential. You should have a bachelor's degree or master’s in construction management, quantity surveying, building science, or equivalent. Familiarly with architecture or civil engineering would be helpful but is not necessary.

Expect talented, motivated, intense, and interesting co-workers.

Must be willing to relocate to the Ontario area.

Compensation will include meaningful equity ownership.

**Mission for Estimating Manager**:

- To increase awarded project rates to 90% in year one to support year end revenue target by submitting detailed estimates for both residential and commercial in a timely manner, optimizing estimating processes to be more efficient and accurate, finding better solutions to lower overall construction costs, maintaining profit margins and quality standards while building a price database of materials and install rates._

Pay: $35,000.00-$160,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
