**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Create, schedule, and manage posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Monitor and respond to social media inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- **Content Creation**:Design visually appealing graphics and content for social media posts and advertisements.

Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and create compelling narratives.
- **Digital Advertising**:Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google.

Manage budgetary responsibilities for Google Ads and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:Utilize Google Analytics to track and analyze social media performance.

Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights, suggesting improvements based on data.
- **Lead Generation**:Implement strategies for lead generation through social media channels.

Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a seamless transition from lead to enrollment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools and creative software.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Red Deer, AB T4N 4H3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
